Victoire Swaels Boldt is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in learning and development roles. Currently serving as the Director of Global Coaching Excellence at WeightWatchers since June 2019, Victoire has held multiple leadership positions within the company, including Director of L&D Delivery for North America and the US, as well as Senior Manager, Learning & Development for the US. Prior to this, Victoire worked at Le Pain Quotidien from January 2011 to June 2019 in various capacities, culminating as Director of Learning & Development for the US. Victoire holds a Master of Business Administration from Vlerick Business School and a Bachelor’s degree in International Affairs from Vesalius College.
