Matthew Sharma-Stray possesses extensive experience in operations and training within the corporate sector, primarily with WeightWatchers since January 2009, where roles have included Head of Global Operations and Global Vice President of Strategy & Implementation. Prior to this, Matthew served as National Training Manager at Ventura from August 2006 to September 2008 and began a career in training as a Training Officer at the Royal Bank of Scotland from January 1999 to March 2002. Throughout this career, Matthew has demonstrated a strong focus on implementation, execution, and learning and development.
