Melissa Gilbert has been working at Momentum Telecom since April 2004, where Melissa currently holds the position of Manager - Systems. Melissa is responsible for managing backend, web and user administration systems in three datacenters and has expertise in various systems and software such as VMWare, DNS administration, Windows Active Directory, SSL Certificates, and AWS. Prior to their current role, Melissa worked at Deaton, Inc. as an Accounts Payable Clerk and at Clark Material Handling Co. in various roles including customer reception, accounting assistant, and forklift parts sales. Melissa holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Information Technology from the University of Phoenix.
