Donald McShane has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Donald started their career as a Courier/Warehouse employee at Associated Pathologist Labs in 1997. Donald then worked as a TSG Clerk/Warehouse employee at First American Tile Co in 1998. Moving forward, they joined Clientlogic Corp in 1999 as a Level 2 Computer Technician. In 2001, they transitioned to Cisco Multinational Order Entry and Customer Service at Spherion Corp, where they assisted in spearheading the multinational order entry team for Cisco Systems Inc. In 2004, they worked as an X-Charge Installer/RetailSTAR QA Technician at CAM Commerce Solutions, where they walked customers through the installation process and tested software. From 2006 to 2011, they were a Network Engineer Tier 3 at CommPartners Connect, where they monitored and maintained IP networks and provided technical support. Donald then worked as a Network Engineer at Momentum Telecom from 2011 to 2012, and later transitioned to the role of Partner Support Technician Tier 2. Currently, they are employed at Momentum Telecom as a Technical Account Manager starting from January 2019. Throughout their career, they have gained expertise in network troubleshooting, customer support, circuit troubleshooting, switch maintenance, software and hardware network maintenance, and integration of various software platforms.
Donald McShane attended Edward W. Clark High School from 1991 to 1994, where they completed their College Prep diploma. After high school, they pursued further education and began studying Business Management at the College of Southern Nevada from 2006 to 2012. Following this, Donald continued their studies at the UNLV Lee Business School from 2010 to 2014, focusing on Business Management and MIS.
