Jessica Phillips, MBA, SHRM-CP, is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience across various industries. Currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at Wurth Wood Group since August 2024, Jessica previously held roles such as Human Resources Analyst at Atlas Copco and Human Resources Manager at Studer Family of Companies. Prior experience includes positions at Ascend Performance Materials, Integreon, Bonitz, Inc., and IBEX, where Jessica focused on workforce development, employee engagement, compliance, and strategic HR initiatives. Jessica earned both a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management from West Virginia Wesleyan College.
