Miika Arponen is an experienced professional with a diverse background in software development and journalism. Currently serving as the Lead WordPress Architect at Wunder since January 2024, Miika also holds the position of Statistical Analyst at HC Ässät Pori Oy since August 2021 and operates as an entrepreneur through Tmi Miika Arponen since April 2018, focusing on freelance work in journalism and software development. Prior roles include DevOps Lead and software architect at Hion from March 2013 to December 2023, along with positions as a DevOps Engineer, Senior Software Developer, Web Developer, and Junior Web Developer during the same tenure. Miika further contributed to the ice hockey community as a Regional Scout for Future Considerations Hockey Inc. from August 2018 to April 2022 and worked as a journalist for Kiekkoareena and Jatkoaika.com from 2012 to 2018.
