Phil Karow has extensive experience in construction management and project supervision, currently serving as Superintendent at Weiss Group since July 2024. Prior roles include Project Superintendent at Wharton-Smith, Inc. from October 2021 to May 2024, and General Superintendent at Ragnar Benson Construction, LLC from October 2016 to September 2021, overseeing various projects such as railroads, mechanical piping, and industrial facilities. Phil also held the position of Site Superintendent for the Hwy 17 reconstruction with Prince Contracting, LLC in 2016, and served as Superintendent/Project Manager for Ragnar Benson Construction in civil construction and rail works from 2014 to 2016. Earlier experience includes roles as Logistics Coordinator/Construction Supervisor at Florida Power & Light on the Turkey Point Nuclear Power Plant project and as Logistics Coordinator at Day &Zimmerman for NextEra Energy. Phil co-owned Powers Lake Construction Co. INC while serving as Vice President from 1985 to 2010. Educational qualifications include an Associate’s degree in Heavy Diesel Truck & Equipment Repair from Milwaukee Area Technical College.
