Jessica Biggins currently serves as the Tax Residency Certification Team Lead at WTax, where responsibilities include managing a team, enhancing operational efficiency, and facilitating collaboration across departments. Previously, Jessica held roles as a Client Relationship Manager, overseeing client portfolios and improving customer service, and as a Branch Support Executive, where process improvements were implemented to enhance operational effectiveness. Earlier experience includes positions at Capri Exclusive Homeware as a Logistics Assistant and Front Office Manager, along with a role as a Receptionist at Bell, Rogers, and Harris Physiotherapy. Jessica has a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry and is currently pursuing a Higher National Diploma in Chemical Engineering from the University of South Africa.
