Sierra Harmening is an accomplished environmental planning professional with extensive experience in the mining industry. Currently serving as Assistant Vice President and Environmental Planner at WSP since March 2023, Sierra has previously held significant roles including Lead Consultant at Golder and various positions at Nevada Gold Mines, where responsibilities included short-range engineering and environmental management. With a solid foundation in environmental engineering from Barrick Gold Corporation and consulting experience at SRK Consulting, Sierra has developed a comprehensive skill set in environmental management. Educational credentials include a Master of Science in Environmental Law and Policy from Purdue Global and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Management in Technology from Great Basin College.
