Joe Kwok is a Principal Engineer at WSP, having started in June 2021, following a tenure as a Senior Engineer. Prior experience at MVA in Asia from July 2014 to June 2021 included roles as Senior Traffic Engineer, Traffic Engineer, Assistant Traffic Engineer, and Graduate Traffic Engineer. Joe Kwok holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Transportation Systems Engineering from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University (2011-2014) and a Master of Arts in Transport Policy and Planning from The University of Hong Kong (2016-2018).
