Jesse Wiers is currently a Data Science Intern at WSK Medical, having previously worked as an AI for Good Engineer at FruitPunch AI, where efforts focused on developing ML pipelines for bear conservation. Additional experience includes serving as a Student Consultant at OMA, addressing migrant integration through architectural solutions, and participating as a Delegate in the Netherlands-Asia Honours Summer School. Jesse has held multiple teaching assistant roles at the University of Groningen, covering topics from Knowledge Technology to Data Analytics and Communication. Prior experience as a Machine Learning Engineer at Baise involved data management and model creation, alongside a role as a Junior Account Manager at Nederlandse Export Combinatie. Jesse is pursuing a Master of Science in Artificial Intelligence at the University of Amsterdam, following a Bachelor of Science in Artificial Intelligence from the University of Groningen and a minor in Computer Science from Yonsei University.
