Aleksa Bogdanoff is an experienced professional in technical support and customer service. Currently serving as Help Desk Supervisor at WSI Technologies since April 2022, Aleksa previously worked at Apple from October 2017 to April 2022, where roles included Genius Admin, overseeing a team of ~50 technicians in the repair room, and Technical Expert, providing on-site repairs for iPhones.
