Mary Emily Pagano, JD, LL.M., CTMC has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Mary Emily is currently working at WSFS Bank as a Vice President - Team Lead in the Structured Finance & Custody department. Prior to this, they held the position of Assistant Vice President and Trust Officer in the same department. Mary Emily also worked as a Corporate Trust Relationship Manager and a Temporary Compliance Associate at WSFS Bank.

In 2016, Mary served as a Judicial Fellow at the Honorable George Overton's Orphans' Court in the First Judicial District of Pennsylvania. In 2014, they worked as an Advisor/Fundraiser/Social Media Manager for The Cranial Quest, a fundraising initiative for ALS. Mary has also gained legal experience through positions such as Attorney at the Villanova Federal Tax Clinic and Student Attorney at the Federal Tax Clinic - Villanova University School of Law and Farmworker Legal Aid Clinic.

Additionally, Mary interned at Verizon as a Customer Financial Services Intern and at Wawa, Inc. as a Legal Intern. Mary Emily also worked as a Sales Associate at J.Crew. In 2013, they served as a Summer Law Clerk at the United States District Court, Eastern District of Pennsylvania under The Honorable R. Barclay Surrick.

Mary Emily Pagano, JD, LL.M., CTMC attended Academy of Notre Dame de Namur from 2004 to 2008. Mary Emily then pursued a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) with a concentration in Marketing and International Business at the University of Pittsburgh, graduating in 2012. In 2010, they participated in the CEA Global Campus program in Paris, focusing on International Business.

Continuing their education, Pagano enrolled at Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law, completing their Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree in 2015. Mary Emily also obtained a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Taxation degree from the same institution in 2015.

In terms of certifications, Pagano received the Certified Corporate Trust Specialist (CCTS) designation from the American Bankers Association in March 2019. Mary Emily obtained the Corporate Trust Master's Certification from Corporate Trust Insights LLC in February 2020. Additionally, they became a member of the Pennsylvania Bar in October 2015 and held an inactive membership with the New Jersey Bar, granted in November 2015.
