Lisa DeFronzo currently serves as Legal Leasing Counsel at WS Development since July 2023. Prior to this role, Lisa was a Real Estate Associate at Hinckley Allen from September 2018 to June 2023. Lisa participated in the Daniel Webster Scholar program at the University of New Hampshire School of Law, earning a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree in May 2018, which facilitated admission to the New Hampshire Bar. Notable experiences include a Legal Externship at the New Hampshire Supreme Court under Associate Justice James P. Bassett and a Summer Associate position at Hinckley Allen. Earlier in their career, Lisa completed a Summer Internship at the New Hampshire Department of Justice and worked as a File Clerk at Brown Rudnick. Lisa holds a Bachelor of Arts in Government & Applied Legal Studies from Suffolk University.
