Gigi Morally is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in leasing and investment sales. Currently serving as a Leasing Representative at WS Development since June 2021, Gigi previously held the role of Associate Leasing Representative at the same firm. Prior experience includes positions as an Investment Sales Associate and Licensed Investment Analyst at BRG | Bestreich Realty Group, where responsibilities involved tracking investment grade sales comparables and generating detailed market reports across New York City. Earlier roles also included analytical and internship positions at The NNN Pro Group at Marcus and Millichap and Avison Young, with foundational experience gained during internships at Nest Seekers International and Regency Real Estate Brokers. Gigi holds a Bachelor of Science in Real Estate from New York University, earned in 2017.
