Caroline McLaughlin is an experienced Property Manager currently working at WS Development since April 2023. Prior to this role, Caroline served as a Property Manager at Colliers from August 2019 to April 2023, overseeing a diverse portfolio of 17 properties totaling 1.4 million square feet, which included unique buildings and structures. Caroline's career also includes positions as an Assistant Property Manager, Tenant Services Coordinator at Keller Williams Realty, Inc., and a REALTOR® and Sales Associate at All That JAS. Caroline holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing from Elon University, completed in 2018, and attended the University of Cape Town in 2016. Caroline is an alumnus of Westwood High School, graduating in 2014.
