Kerrie Coughlin

Kerrie Coughlin has a diverse work experience spanning over many years. Kerrie began their career as the Director of Creative Services at Bergdorf Goodman, where they worked from 2006 to 2009. Kerrie then moved to Neiman Marcus, where they held the role of Director, overseeing campaign development and content management from 2009 to 2011. Kerrie was then promoted to Strategy Director, managing strategic initiatives related to marketing and merchandising until 2013.

After their time at Neiman Marcus, Coughlin joined JCPenney as a Marketing Director. In this role, they created marketing strategies for various business units and managed a team while working closely with agencies and shared services. Kerrie held this position from 2013 to 2016.

Following their tenure at JCPenney, Coughlin joined PANDORA A/S as the Marketing Director. Kerrie led brand strategy and integrated marketing plans for both retail and wholesale channels, overseeing digital and traditional marketing, agency relationships, trade marketing, and more. Kerrie worked at PANDORA A/S from 2016 to 2020.

In 2020, Coughlin joined WSAudiology as the Vice President of Marketing and Innovation. In this role, they were responsible for the go-to-market strategy and led the marketing and brand strategy, as well as product launches for their joint venture with Sony Electronics.

In addition to their work experience in the retail industry, Coughlin is also a Member of Chief, a private network for senior women leaders, focused on driving more women into positions of power.

Overall, Coughlin has demonstrated expertise in marketing, brand strategy, campaign development, and leadership across various industries and organizations.

Kerrie Coughlin holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Fashion Merchandising from the University of Kentucky. Kerrie has also obtained a Mini MBA in Brand Management from the Marketing Week Mini MBA with Mark Ritson in 2021. Additionally, they have a certification in Digital Marketing and Media from the SMU Cox School of Business.
