Marcus Edwards is an accomplished professional in the field of artificial intelligence and machine learning, currently serving as the Head of AI at WriteSea. Previously, Marcus co-founded DARE Labs and was a founding data scientist at Hyperglue, a company associated with Y Combinator's Summer 2021 cohort. Marcus’s experience also includes a role as a machine learning researcher at X, the moonshot factory, and as a machine learning engineer at Facebook. Academically, Marcus holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Computer Science as well as a Master of Science (MS) in Artificial Intelligence, both from Howard University, with studies spanning from 2018 to 2023.
