Rebecca Lane is a seasoned librarian at Tunkhannock Public Library since February 2022 and has a diverse background in writing, holding roles as a writer, poet, editor, blogger, and reviewer since September 2004. Previously, Rebecca served as a grader for Penn Foster from January 2013 to January 2022, providing feedback in an online setting. In academia, Rebecca has taught college writing skills as Adjunct Faculty at Kings College and as an English Adjunct Professor at Luzerne County Community College. Additionally, Rebecca was a Starworks Fellow at New York University, where involvement included teaching creative writing to terminally ill patients and mentoring special education students. Rebecca holds an MFA in Fiction from New York University and a BA in English/Linguistics from Millersville University of Pennsylvania, along with educational experiences at the University of Strathclyde and Tunkhannock Area High School.
