Inna Ferido, RPM, has worked for a variety of companies since 2012. From 2012 to 2013, they were a Freelance Writer for oDesk and a UK Contents Collections Specialist for kgb. In 2013, they were also a Customer Service Representative for GE Capital. In 2015, they were a Financial Executive: Financial Solutions Specialist and Financial Solutions Associate for AXA Philippines, a Freelance Event Organizer and Social Media Manager for Manila Secrets, and an Event Organizer and Social Media Manager for Playworks Philippines. From 2016 to 2019, they were an Onboarding and Recruiting Manager, Talent Acquisition and Purchasing Manager, and Event Organizer for Helpware. In 2019, they became a Content Manager for WriteForMe.

Inna Ferido, R.P.M. completed a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Santo Tomas in 2013. Inna then went on to pursue a Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology from the same university, which they completed in 2021.
