Rachel Lin is a dynamic professional with a diverse background in content development, public relations, and advocacy for diversity, equity, and inclusion. Currently serving as a Senior Associate in People & Culture at WRISTCHECK since February 2023, Rachel previously held the role of Content Development Associate at Quest Studios, where responsibilities included creating brand-aligned content and social media strategy. Rachel's impactful contributions as Minorities Officer at Edinburgh Nightline included pioneering DEI initiatives, enhancing volunteer welfare, and reforming training processes. Other notable experiences include content production at FreshAir.org.uk Radio, digital content editing for EdVenture, and various roles in publicity and marketing across educational and media organizations. Rachel Lin holds a Master's degree in Sociology and Social Anthropology from The University of Edinburgh and an International Baccalaureate Bilingual Diploma from Li Po Chun United World College of Hong Kong.
