Bob Flynn is an accomplished professional in revenue enablement and customer education, currently serving as AVP of Global Revenue Enablement & Customer Education at Wrike since February 2023. Previously, Bob held the position of Principal Global Revenue Enablement at Intercom, where global enablement strategies were implemented for sales and customer success teams. At DocuSign, Bob progressed from Senior Manager to Director of Field Enablement EMEA, and at iCommunity, directed field enablement initiatives across EMEA and NAMER. Bob has also contributed to academia as a guest lecturer at UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School. Educational credentials include a Diploma in Learning & Development from University College Cork, alongside degrees in Business Studies and Digital Marketing.
