Originally from Utah, Austin grew up mountain biking, wakeboarding, and playing lacrosse. He obtained his bachelors in Exercise Science and a minor in Spanish from Utah State University. After that he moved across the country to Maine and received his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the University of New England. Following graduation, he completed a postgraduate orthopedic residency program through A.T. Still University and proceeded to obtain his Orthopedic Clinical Specialist Certification. As a continual learner he is currently pursuing a fellowship in orthopedic and manual therapy through Bellin College. Austin became a PT because of his desire to meet new people and help others find the motivation and means to overcome obstacles and achieve their goals.
