Kevin Urie has worked in various roles since 2002, beginning as an Account Director/Account Manager at Destination Marketing. In 2011, they were promoted to Chief Digital Officer (CDO) and developed web, digital advertising, SEM, Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), Email, and Social Media services. Kevin then joined Spring Creek Group in 2011 as Director of Client Services, where they launched and built the client services team while increasing efficiencies and growth. In 2013, they were promoted to Vice President and collaborated with IPG Mediabrands leadership on combining social, search, and display advertising to build out and integrate the practice into IPG. In 2014, they founded 47Harmonic, a marketing and digital transformation agency, and developed and branded the Harmonic Cycle marketing process. In 2015, they joined Microsoft as Director of Marketing Audience Solutions, where they developed a three-year strategy for EPG. In 2016, they joined Hyper Hippo Games as Head of Marketing, where they were recruited as a consultant to help reverse declining revenue of their AdVenture Capitalist mobile game. Kevin then joined Razorfish as Director of Marketing Data Solutions, and was tasked to develop a business plan, build out a team, and define and execute a growth vision and strategy. In 2018, they were promoted to SVP of Entertainment Products at Hyper Hippo Entertainment, and was tasked to align the newly formed organization, increase product development and creativity, and drive growth. In 2022, they joined Wrench, Inc. as SVP of Business and Marketing.
Kevin Urie attended Seattle Pacific University, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business/Marketing.
