Ian Brightmore is an experienced IT professional currently serving as a Senior IT Service Desk Engineer at Wren Kitchens since July 2023. Previously, Ian held various positions at F4 IT from December 2018 to July 2023, including Infrastructure Engineer, where responsibilities involved the preparation and installation of network equipment and management of several systems such as Windows Server, vSphere, and Watchguard products. Prior to this, Ian worked as a Service Desk Analyst, providing support and ensuring timely issue resolution. Ian holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Games Design and Development from Grimsby University Centre, earned between 2014 and 2017.
