Jelia Hepner is an accomplished media professional with a diverse background in broadcasting and journalism. Currently serving as a Digital Multiplatform Producer at WRAL since February 2023, Jelia has also held positions as an On Air Personality at Choice FM 92.1 and CUMULUS MEDIA Magic 106.9 since July 2021 and August 2021, respectively. Freelance contributions to Women’s View Magazine began in March 2021, alongside a role as a Journalist and News Reporter at Fayetteville Press newspaper until March 2023. Jelia’s experience includes working as a Television/Communication Specialist for Sinclair Broadcast Group from June 2019 to March 2023, and earlier roles as an On Air Personality at Beasley Media Group WZFX Foxy 99.1 and as a Newspaper Reporter for The Fayetteville Observer/Paraglide. Educational credentials include a Master's degree in Broadcast Journalism from Montreat College and a degree from Fayetteville State University, completed between 2012 and 2016.
