Jeff Keep has extensive experience in naval navigation and operations, currently serving on the NAVCERT Team at WR Systems since July 2020, where responsibilities include certifying navigation systems for US Warships. Previous roles include Assistant Navigator and Navigation Operations Department Enlisted Advisor aboard USS JOHN WARNER and USS ALBANY, focusing on safe navigation and operational planning, as well as fostering the development of the navigation department's personnel. Jeff Keep's career also encompasses positions such as Submarine Area Exercise Coordinator at COMSUBLANT and various roles on submarines, including USS NORFOLK, USS NEW MEXICO, USS TENNESSEE, and USS WYOMING, emphasizing leadership, maintenance planning, and training within navigation divisions. Jeff Keep has foundational education from Texas Tech University and Lake Highlands High School.
