Victoria Benchimol is an experienced news planning editor currently serving as the Real Time News Planning Editor at WPTV since April 2023. Previously, Victoria held the position of News Planning Editor Manager at WFTS-TV from March 2009 to August 2023, where leadership in daily editorial decisions and the planning of coverage for future events was central. Victoria's experience includes serving as Futures Editor at Bay News 9 from 2006 to 2007, overseeing news coverage in an extensive 8-county area, and as News Planning Editor at WFTS-TV from 1994 to 2006, coordinating comprehensive coverage of significant events such as Super Bowls and national crises. Victoria holds a BA in Communications from the University of South Florida.
