Addie Grosserode has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Addie is currently working at WP Engine as the Sales Enablement Lead. Prior to this role, they worked at Paycor as the Manager of Sales Communication from September 2020 to June 2021.

Addie also has significant experience at Sojern, where they held the position of Global Commercial Sales Enablement Manager from June 2017 to April 2020. In this role, they were responsible for managing the company's Learning Management System, facilitating cross-functional meetings, streamlining the knowledge management system, curating e-learning modules, and creating training content. Addie played a crucial role in onboarding new hires and monitoring the impact of training.
