Mac Hill has extensive experience in technical support and service delivery, currently serving as the Director of Global Service Delivery at Wowza Media Systems since December 2014, where responsibilities include providing timely technical support, writing technical articles, and developing code samples. Prior roles at Wowza include Sr. Manager and Manager of Service Delivery, as well as Technical Support Engineer. Mac Hill also has a strong background in ministry as the Worship and Creative Arts Pastor at Bethel Open Bible Church, and various pastoral roles at LifeChange Church. Earlier in the career, Mac Hill worked in technical support positions at Hallmark Cards and Sprint, including roles as Support Analyst and Help Desk Team Lead.
