Rich Watson is a Regional Director at Wounded Warrior Project, managing the Project Odyssey program. Prior to this role, Rich served as a Manager and Instructor at USAF, where Rich developed and conducted professional military education programs for airmen, noncommissioned officers, and senior NCOs. Rich has also worked as a Curriculum Developer and Instructional Systems Designer. With a background as a Chaplain Assistant, Rich built a culture of spiritual care for Air Force members. Rich holds a Master of Arts in Psychology and is currently pursuing a PhD in General Psychology.
