Dan Rundle has a strong background in executive leadership and technology. Dan started their career at RealPage, Inc., where they served as the Director of Quality from 2003 to 2005. In this role, they were responsible for ensuring the quality of the company's products. In 2005, they joined Worthwhile as the Chief Operating Officer, a position they held until 2011. During their time at Worthwhile, Dan played a key role in setting the company's vision and guiding its culture. In 2011, they were promoted to the role of Chief Executive Officer, where they focused on helping middle-market companies identify and execute high-value software and data initiatives.

Dan Rundle has a solid education history. Dan pursued their undergraduate studies from 1999 to 2001 at Sierra College, majoring in Business. Following this, they attended Bob Jones University from 2001 to 2003, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Operations Management. Dan continued their education at Bob Jones University, completing their Master's in Business Administration with a specialization in Management from 2003 to 2005. Additionally, in November 2018, they obtained a certification as an Enterprise Design Thinking Practitioner from IBM.
