Lumilla Sanchez Mercedes has extensive experience in claims administration and customer service, currently serving as Team Leader of Local Claims Administration Services at WorldWide Group since September 2018. Previous roles at the same company include Coordinator of Claims and Analyst of Claims, as well as Official of Services. Prior to this, Lumilla worked at BM CARGO from October 2014 to September 2018, where positions included Coordinator and Supervisor of Customer Service and Cashier Assistant. Early career experience includes customer service and sales at Rotulpak from December 2013 to March 2014. Lumilla holds a degree in International Business from Universidad APEC, completed in December 2022.
