Emily Somerville currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Legal for the Americas at Worldwide Flight Services since January 2025. Prior to this role, Emily was the Vice President of Legal and Governance at Navigator Global Investments Limited from February 2022 to January 2025. Emily's earlier experience includes serving as Vice President, Associate General Counsel & Corporate Secretary at MV Transportation, where responsibilities encompassed providing legal counsel to the Board of Directors and executive staff, managing corporate governance for over 20 entities, and overseeing significant commercial transactions. Emily has also held roles at JP Energy Partners LP, Erben & Yarbrough, Prudential Capital Group, and the State of Texas, specializing in corporate legal matters, legislative consulting, and regulatory compliance. Emily holds a JD from The University of Texas School of Law, an MBA from Texas McCombs School of Business, and a B.A. in Classics from Princeton University.
