With a history at WorldStrides that includes a role as Director of Air Operations, Elise has demonstrated expertise in managing airline vendor relationships, strategic negotiations that saved $1.2 million, and restructuring operations to enhance productivity and customer satisfaction. In addition to their corporate experience, Elise is the owner and event coordinator of Elise's Elegant Occasions, specializing in weddings and events throughout Virginia, where Elise showcases strong budgeting, negotiation, and project management skills. Prior experience includes roles in business intelligence analysis, personal styling, and client sales coordination. Elise holds a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing from LSU Shreveport and an Associate of Applied Science in Marketing Management from J Sargeant Reynolds Community College.
