Manjae Han began their work experience in 2012 as a Summer Intern at Royal Bank of Scotland (RBS). In 2015, they worked as a Pricing Analyst at FnPricing until 2017. In 2018, Han joined December&Company as a Quantitative Researcher. Manjae then moved to WorldQuant in 2019, starting as a Quantitative Researcher and later becoming a Senior Quantitative Researcher. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President of Research at WorldQuant.

Manjae Han completed a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mathematics from the University of Cambridge from 2010 to 2013. Following this, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Mathematical and Computational Finance from the University of Oxford from 2014 to 2015.
