Nicole Bernardes Alves began their career in 2018 as a Customer Service Intern at Worldpackers. In 2019, they moved to The Walt Disney Company as a Merchandiser. In 2020, they returned to Worldpackers as the Head of Marketing, Head of Communication, Communication Leader, Customer Service Leader, and Hosts Account Manager.
