Willem-Jan Ageling is an experienced Agile and DevOps Coach currently serving at Worldline since 2015, where contributions include facilitating Agile transformations to foster collaboration and product value creation within Merchant Services. Recognized as an expert in Agile methodologies, Willem-Jan has also co-founded Serious Scrum and contributes to Ageling on Agile, focusing on product management and Agile leadership. Prior to Worldline, significant project management roles were held at HP Enterprise Services, Royal Bank of Scotland, and Electronic Data Systems, emphasizing IT project leadership and stakeholder alignment. Willem-Jan holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from HAN University of Applied Sciences.
