Simon Kruger is an experienced technology professional with a diverse background in contact center management, systems integration, and advanced solutions. Currently serving as the Contact Center Practice Manager at World Wide Technology since November 2021, Simon previously held key roles at Cisco, including Global Account Manager and Client Services Executive. Simon's experience also includes positions such as Vice President of Solutions - National Business Leader at Strategic Products and Services, Director of Advanced Solutions at Dimension Data, and various roles at companies including Spicer CRS, ATIO Corporation, and Bull Computers. Simon holds an Honors degree in Information Technology from Teesside University and a Btec in Electrical Electronic Engineering from Cleveland Technical College.
