Toni Moore is an experienced executive and strategist with a diverse career that spans leadership roles in both the non-profit and corporate sectors. Currently serving as the Executive Director of Impact Services at UniServices since January 2020, Toni focuses on delivering social impact through research and evidence-based services. In addition to this role, Toni has been a Board Trustee for World Vision New Zealand since January 2017, leading initiatives related to people and culture. Previous experience includes positions as CEO of Blinc Innovation, General Manager at Mercury, and several leadership roles at Orica and Fonterra Co-operative Group, where Toni drove transformative strategies and developed new business models in various sectors. Toni holds degrees from institutions including INSEAD and Stanford University, along with a Bachelor degree in Chemistry from the University of KwaZulu-Natal.
