Biruk Demelash is an experienced IT professional currently serving as the IT Infrastructure & Cyber Security Manager and Infrastructure Manager at World Vision since October 2020, while also working as an IT Infrastructure Consultant for UNOPS since March 2020. Prior to these roles, Biruk worked as a Network Administrator and ICT Officer at World Vision Ethiopia, where responsibilities included the planning, design, installation, and monitoring of network systems. Earlier experience includes a teaching position at Kunuz College. Academically, Biruk is pursuing a Master’s in Business Leadership at Addis Ababa University and holds a Master of Information Science and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Information Technology.
