Trionne Phillips is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operational excellence, program management, and communication strategies. Currently serving as the Director of Operational Excellence at World Vision Canada since 2014, Trionne has held various managerial roles within the organization, including Manager of Direct Response and Manager of Workforce. Prior experience includes positions as Communications Specialist at PiCo Design Inc., Program Manager at the Australian Agency for International Development, and Communications Consultant at the Ministry of Finance. Trionne's educational credentials include an Executive Masters in Business Administration from McGill HEC Montréal, a Master of Science in International Relations from the University of the West Indies, and a Bachelor of Science in Spanish from the same institution, complemented by an Ontario College Diploma in Business from Sheridan College.
