Jesse Nicol has extensive work experience in the legal field. From 1999 to 2003, Jesse worked as an Associate at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP. Following this, Jesse joined the U.S. Department of State in 2003, where they served as an Attorney Adviser in the Office of the Legal Adviser until 2008. Afterward, Jesse joined the World Trade Organization as a Counsellor and Senior Dispute Settlement Lawyer in 2008.

Jesse Nicol has a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California, Berkeley. They also hold a Master of Science in Foreign Service (MSFS) from Georgetown University. Additionally, Jesse obtained a Doctor of Law (JD) degree from Georgetown University Law Center.
