Dow Martin is an experienced professional with a distinguished career in monitoring and evaluation, strategy development, and business management within environmental and social advocacy sectors. At the World Resources Institute since March 2017, Dow has held multiple roles, including Senior Manager of Global Restoration Monitoring, where responsibilities include leading a 60-member team across five countries and championing design-thinking initiatives. Dow previously served as Rwanda Program Manager, facilitating significant funding increases for multi-agency initiatives. Prior experience includes establishing and expanding consulting teams at WRI and managing client relations at the National Democratic Institute.
