Wendi Jennings is a seasoned food safety consultant with extensive experience in agriculture and food safety auditing. Currently serving as a Senior Advisor at Safe Food En Route, LLC and a Senior Consultant at The Ag Safety Lady, Wendi specializes in food safety audit preparation, brand protection, supply chain analysis, and client training. As the owner of Tryan LLC, Wendi is recognized as a fresh produce subject matter expert with a strong background in organic farming operations. Additionally, Wendi holds roles as an Auditor and Technical Manager at FoodChain ID and as an Auditor at WQS Food Verification LLC, with certification as a PrimusGFS Lead Auditor. Previous experience includes serving as a Lead Inspector at ASCO and as a Food Safety Manager at Generation Farms, where high audit scores were consistently achieved. Wendi holds a degree in Food Science from the University of Florida and an Associate's degree in Liberal Arts from Florida Gateway College.
