Alessandra Chiareli, Ph.D., is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in organizational change management and training, notably serving as Global Network Advisor at World Pulse since May 2020 and recently seeking board membership since August 2023. Before this, Alessandra had a distinguished career at 3M, where roles included Director of International Business for Health Information Systems, Global Lead for Organizational Change Management, and Global Education and Training Director for the Oral Care division, culminating in retirement in August 2023. With a strong foundation in mindfulness leadership, Alessandra coordinated the Mindfulness-at-Work program and contributed to 3M's Inspire initiative. Academically, Alessandra holds a Ph.D. in Engineering Sciences & Applied Mathematics from Northwestern University, along with degrees from the University of Cambridge and Macalester College.
