Nelson Opany, MPRSK, currently serves as the Senior Manager for Strategic Partnerships and Fundraising at the World Organization of the Scout Movement (WOSM) since February 2015, focusing on business development and resource mobilization strategies. With a background in communications and partnerships at WOSM, Nelson has progressed through various roles including Senior Manager, Communications and Partnerships, and Communications & Public Relations Officer. Previous experience includes project coordination for climate action initiatives at ERMIS Africa and serving as a Financial Advisor at Sanlam Kenya. Nelson holds a Bachelor of Science in Communications and Public Relations from Moi University and has completed various professional courses in strategic management, global education, and information technology.
