Jessica Winters is an experienced professional in health systems research and project management, currently serving as Health Systems Research Manager at the World Obesity Federation since February 2025. Previously, Jessica held roles as Research and Evaluation Manager at Brook and Project Coordinator Researcher at the Innovation Unit. An adept leader, Jessica directed the Club GLOW initiative for the Peace Corps, implementing significant curriculum changes across multiple municipalities. With expertise in financial literacy and community economic development, Jessica's career began in auditing and tax preparation roles, further enhanced by an MSc in Global Health and Development from UCL and a BA in Accounting from Southwestern University.
