Hlob'sile Sikhosana currently serves as the Representative for Eastern and Southern Africa at the World Meteorological Organization, providing essential weather, water, and climate services to 36 countries in the region since April 2024. Prior to this, Hlob'sile held the position of COP Vice President at UN Biodiversity and served as the Chief Executive Officer of the Eswatini National Trust Commission, overseeing the management of the organization and the advancement of natural and cultural resources from May 2020 to June 2024. Hlob'sile's previous roles include Chief Environment Coordinator at the Ministry of Tourism and Environmental Affairs, National Climate Change Coordinator at Swaziland Meteorological Services, Climate Change Officer at National Meteorological Services MBABANE, and Physics and Mathematics Teacher at Manzini Nazarene High. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Applied Meteorology from the University of Reading and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Swaziland.
