Tom Ealy is an accomplished business leader with extensive experience in the insurance and consulting industries. Currently serving as an Independent Director at World Insurance Associates LLC since September 2020, Tom is also the Founder and CEO of S2P2 Consulting. Previously, Tom held the position of President & CEO at Ameriprise Auto & Home Insurance from 2016 to 2019, successfully leading a turnaround that resulted in the company's sale to American Family Insurance. Prior to that, Tom was President of Encompass at Allstate (2011-2015), where substantial premium growth and profitability were achieved after a prior decline. Tom's career includes notable roles as Chief Operating Officer at Willis Towers Watson (2002-2011) and CEO of USI Insurance Services (1998-2002), where significant revenue and profit growth were realized. Tom holds an MBA in General Management and Finance from Harvard University and a BA in Economics from the University of Notre Dame.
